Proposal Manager
We are seeking a Proposal Manager to join a power generation company in Glastonbury, CT. The Proposal Manager will play an essential role in driving the growth of our aeroderivative business by managing the development and submission of high-quality proposals. This individual will coordinate with the companys cross-functional teams, oversee the project management of new units, and ensure all contractual requirements are met. Excellent people skills, organization, and a knack for managing complex projects are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proposal Development: Lead the entire process of proposal development, including gathering requirements, drafting content, and ensuring final submissions meet client and company standards.
- Project Management: Manage the scope of supply for new units, ensuring all project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as sales, engineering, finance, and legal teams to gather necessary information and insights for proposal creation.
- Contract Management: Oversee the development and negotiation of contracts, ensuring compliance with client specifications and company policies.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the proposal development process.
