Specialist leads, handles, and writes successful proposals and presentations in pursuit of new accounts and retention of existing clients across the business. You will manage outputs that include Request for Proposal, Request for Information, presentations, and yellow pads. As the owner of our proposals, you will work closely with sector partners to develop effective proposal documents and presentations that encapsulate our capabilities, solution, and value proposition in a clear and differentiating manner. **What You’ll Do** Lead sophisticated request for proposal responses from receipt of request to successful submission, including developing materials to facilitate successful kickoff, scheduling and leading all document reviews, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements, and coordinating the timely completion of all outputs. Build and write custom responses and material for cultivation, new business, and renewal contracts. Collaborate with sales leads and internal partners to identify win themes, hone critical messaging, and uphold strong storytelling in written and graphic content. Ensure professional content and appearance of all outputs by performing quality control across assigned pursuits, with strong copyediting and attention to detail. Manage client communication and final proposal submission through formal procurement channels and portals (e.g., Ariba). Contribute to Knowledge Management, including developing sector-specific content and capturing case studies. **What You’ll Need** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Prior experience with data visualization tools. + Broad knowledge of Marketing Research and some knowledge of several job subject areas within the function. + Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly problems. + Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Proposal Mgmt. Specialist position is $85,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Proposal Mgmt. Specialist position is $120,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
