GENERAL DECRIPTION\n
Prepare documentation for the development of cost proposals. Prepare cost proposals utilizing existing pricing models.\n
DUTIES\n\nProvide support to Pricing Team to enable proposals are completed and submitted in accordance with customer requirements and schedules.\nWork with Subject Matter Experts in the analysis of labor and material Basis of Estimates (BOEs).\nDevelop and maintain pricing files in accordance with USG and company requirements.\nAssist in creating cost proposal documentation and back up.\nCreate complete small and large scale, multi-year, cost proposals to include labor, materials, travel, subcontract costs, and other direct costs from existing pricing models according to the customers' RFP\/RFQ schedule.\nPrepare files for management review of cost proposals.\nWork in a team hybrid environment.\nProvide routine administrative support.\nOther Duties as assigned.\n\n
EDUCATION\/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS \n\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or similar.\nRequires 4+ years' experience in Government pricing and\/or Project Finance experience.\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.\nKnowledge Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)\nKnowledge of CBAs and Wage Determinations\/ SCA desired. \nKnowledge of all contract types including FFP, CPFF, and T&M.\nSkilled in verbal and written communication.\nProficient in MS Excel and MS Word.\nProPricer experience desired.\nGeneral Computer Skills required\nWe maintain a drug-free workplace and perform post offer, pre-employment substance abuse testing.\n\n
