Job Description

The Proposal Specialist will be responsible for coordinating high-quality responses to Client inquiries, including opportunities, requests for information, and proposals. This role is not supervisory but requires extensive field & technical experience and the ability to mentor junior team members. We are seeking a candidate with strong field experience in Survey, offshore Experience Inspection & Monitoring (I&M) and construction support either Oil & Gas or Renewable Industry.

Responsibilities:

Ability to complete entire costing, risk management and opportunities.

Coordinate and compile responses to Client requests, including proposals and information requests.

Maintain a list of active proposals and Client responses with status updates.

Take ownership of proposal development, ensuring compliance with company standards and best practices.

Support compliance with Tender Governance Policy gates during proposal development.

Develop and implement proposal management and proposal schedules.

Facilitate strategy sessions and oversee proposal production to ensure timely delivery.

Ensure Client requirements are fully met and consistent with company branding.

Manage the development of Client presentations and post-bid submissions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Survey, offshore Experience Inspection & Monitoring (I&M) and construction support either Oil & Gas or Renewable Industry.

5 to 10 years of offshore field experience in Survey, Engineering, or Project/Package Management.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Experience with proposal management is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint.
