As a Proposal Supervisor, you will supervise and assist the team responsible for supporting the proposal development process by leading and coordinating the preparation and submission of complex bids and proposals with Project or Operations Managers, Estimators, and other internal and external business partners.

What it takes: 

Bachelor's Degree in business or related field, 5+ years of related proposal or bid experience, or an equivalent combination  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Experience in the Construction Industry
