Your responsibilities:Your responsibilities include end-to-end management of strategic proposals, including the entire bid lifecycle, such as proposal strategy, pricing, team building, competitive analysis, solution development, and proposal workflows to build driven and innovative, high-value IoT solution proposals tailored to customer needsYou will collaborate with teams from Solution Architects, Procurement, Project Management, Commercials, Legal, external partners, suppliers and customers and act as a main interface to SalesYou will work with Siemens regional companies to facilitate joint go-to-market and bringing to bear sophisticated solutions leveraging the ecosystemFurthermore, you will support in Sales Excellence activities such as managing and controlling of Business Development Budget, Sales KPI monitoring and Business Review preparationYou will chip in to other Sales Enablement activities such as process improvement and cross-company growth initiatives Your responsibilities involve driving coordination across the regional organization and role modeling the Siemens Advanta values of Dare to Dream, Love our Customers, Team Wins, Enjoy the RideWhat we are looking for?You have a university degree preferably in engineering, computer science or business with at least 2 years of experience in the areas of bid management, sales operations, project management or solution design Knowledge in one of the areas is a plus: professional IT services, energy/power grid solutions, industrial/PLM software, or building solutions You are familiar with dealing with multiple internal and external partners in an intercultural environment to achieve a common target.You can manage multiple deadlines at the same time, and you have ability to empower and steer a bid team in the right directionYou are used to prioritize and manage your own time effectively, and to think creatively, where necessary.Personally, you have a strong ambitious spirit and drive that allows you to build something new under uncertaintyYou have a full professional working proficiency level in English and German; further language skills in Spanish or French are a plus
