DescriptionAbout the ClientOur client is one of the fastest-growing firms providing recruitment and staffing services to clients representing a variety of medical and non-medical industries. Currently, their staffing verticals include placing qualified professionals from their Healthcare, Administrative, Information Technology, Construction/General Labor, and Mortgage/Call Center divisions.
Why does this role exist?To strengthen the proposal writing team for increased contract bids across various industries To bring specialized knowledge of RFP processes and requirements for both government and private sector clients.
The Impact you’ll make\nDevelop Proposals\nAnalyze RFPs (Request for Proposals) from various clients\nUtilize provided templates for proposal creation\nFocus on data entry, reading, and summarizing proposals\nWrite compelling, compliant proposals adhering to client-specific guidelines\nCollaborate with subject matter experts to gather technical information\n\n
\nManage Proposal Process\nSet up and manage templates using DocuSign\nCoordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation\nTrack proposal status and manage timelines\n\n
\nResearch and Strategy\nConduct research on potential clients and their needs across various industries\nAnalyze competitor strategies and past performance data\n\n
\nQuality Control\nReview and edit proposals for clarity, consistency, and compliance\nEnsure all graphics, charts, and attachments meet client standards\n\n
\nMeasure of Success:\n\nProposal win rate across different industries\nAccuracy in data entry and proposal summarization\nTimely submission of high-quality proposals\n
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseHard Requirements:\nProposal writing experience\nRecruitment experience is a huge plus\nHealthcare recruitment experience is nice to have\nProficiency in DocuSign and data entry\nStrong summarization and analytical skills\nCan commit to a freelance position: 20 hours per week for the trial period and will transition to 40 hours per week moving forward.\nWork Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST \n\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least an Intel i3 core processor\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n\n
