A bit about the job:

The Innovations Propositions Lead within our Health business will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and developing new propositions that improve customer experience and drive commercial advantage. The position holder will feed the innovation pipeline, coordinate test-and-learn initiatives, and ensure new propositions align with market needs. Collaborating with senior stakeholders, they will use insights and data to shape a roadmap of future innovations, supporting strategic decision-making. This is a role that requires creativity, analytical thinking, and the capability to balance ambition with practical execution.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

Proven experience in propositions development and product innovation, ideally within financial services or healthcare.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, customer insights, and emerging trends to drive decision-making.Experience in managing test-and-learn initiatives, including hypothesis setting, performance tracking, and adapting based on results.Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills and being able to influence at all levels.Commercial aptitude with a clear understanding of how to evaluate opportunities, prioritise initiatives, and drive value for the business.
