Position Summary:  

As a Prospecting Specialist, you'll help to find and attract new customers. The Prospecting Specialist will play the key role of organizing and managing data, researching potential clients, and analyzing information to make smart decisions for our sales organization. We'll give you all the training and support you need to succeed and start a great career in sales!

 

Key Responsibilities:  

Conduct in-depth research on potential client companies to tailor sales approaches and pitchesCarefully review and verify accuracy of prospected list, confirming client details, deal terms, and special conditionsRoutinely monitor and review deal cards to catch discrepancies, ensure alignment with company goals, and facilitate smooth transactions between stagesStrategically select companies that align with the organization’s goals and ideal customer profile through market research and industry analysis

Location:  

This role is based in our Rogers, Arkansas location and requires 2-3 days per week in office.

 

Required Qualifications:  

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Self-starter with attention to detail and follow-up skills.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Familiarity with CRM systems (ex. ZoomInfo, HubSpot) and data management best practices. 

• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a sales or customer development context.

The hourly pay rate for this role is: $25.96
