The incumbent will be reporting to the Head of P&R and assist in areas including Business Continuity Management, Crisis Management and more. On this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in the General Insurance Industry. Interns who can commit for 4 months and more will be considered.
Key Responsibility Areas:
Business Continuity Management (BCM)
Provide support in embedding and maintenance of BCM and emergency planning processes in line with MAS's and Group's BCM Guidelines Work closely with business to identify critical services, ensuring that the critical services, associated mapping, and processes remain current and impact tolerances and recovery plan are regularly reviewed Assist with developing training materials and conducting them
Crisis Management
Support keeping the crisis management plans current and relevant. Prepare appropriate Crisis Management training activities.
Outsourcing
Perform and coordinate outsourcing activities to ensure that responsibilities are duly carried out Ensures that the business can continue to perform critical functions in all events Track and report to management on the performance of outsourcing engagements
Protective Security Management
Support managing the risks and physical security of the premise. Support the development of safety and security policies, standard operating procedures in accordance with Group's guidelines.
