Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will support the preparation of CSDT for submissions with MDA, MoH.You will support to consolidate & prepare change notification submissions with MDA, MoH.You will support the adverse event reporting with MDA, MoH.You will support all general administrative task within Quality department.

You will get to Learn during Protégé program:

Basic knowledge in product registration for medical devices based on the requirements from Medical Device Authority, MoH.Basic knowledge in product change notification submission for medical devices based on the requirements from Medical Device Authority, MoH.Basic knowledge in adverse event reporting for medical devices based on the requirements from Medical Device Authority, MoH.

Your qualifications and experience:

You are a recent University degree in natural sciences (for example biomedical, pharmaceutical studies or medical engineering) or equivalent. Must possess a CGPA of 3.3 and above.You are a fresh graduate or have less than 6 months of working experience.

Your attributes and skills:

You are proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).Candidates with IT-savvy skills will have an added advantage.You have a good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu.You can communicate effectively with internal and external customers in all mediums of communication.You are self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
