Job Description

Main Tasks 

Process management/Documentation (Process flow chart, PFMEA, CP, OI)Develop new process and plan new layout;Perform machine/line acceptance, installation, setup and qualificationNew product feasibility and industrializationPerform continuous improvement on process (Handling, material flow, ergonomics)Improve performance of production line, such as output, scrap costAnalyze quality issue and failure modeSupport on customer audit

Qualifications

Education

  - Bachelor degree or above majored in mechanical, automation or electrical engineering

 

Professional Experience & skills  

-  Minimum 3 years professional experience in mechanical or electrical assembly ;

-  Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in automotive industry as a tier 1 or tier 2 suppliers

-  Good command of written and oral English

- Good communication skills, team work spirit and self-awareness.
