Provider Communication Coordinator

Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). Ideal candidates must live within 50 miles of one of our PulsePoint locations.

Schedule: This is a Hybrid 1 (home/office) position. The employee must work in the office 1-2 days per week.

The Provider Communication Coordinator is responsible for day to day management and trafficking steps of moderately complex provider communication project workflows.

How you will make an impact:

Manage escalated support cases and serve as a point-of-contact for the Provider Outreach team.Oversee complete invoice reconciliation process for vendors and stakeholders.Serve as the primary liaison for incoming queries, providing prompt and effective responses.Prepare and maintain regular reports on outstanding tasks, audits, and invoices.Conduct regular review and resolution of various operational issues.Monitor and maintain logs for the generation of new cases in real-time.Manage internal inquiry responses ensuring efficient communication and resolution.Maintain and update the FAQ and contact interfaces, ensuring accuracy and usability.Manage documentation processes in cases of discrepancies noted during audits.Monitor the status and process of bulk billing tasks on a weekly basis.

   

 Minimum Requirements:  

Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $61,320 to $105,120
