Job Description This position allows for you to be located anywhere in the US Maintains the Provider Data for all network Delegated Group providers submitted in Excel format in support of claim provider selection. Ensures all provider information is accurately recorded and maintained to provide for proper reimbursement and member access (i.e., directory listings). Reviews system updates and errors messages post automation to ensure provider data is loaded accurately and identifies any manual updates needed to complete load. Responsibilities: Provides support for baseline provider data transactions that cannot be administered automatically through the provider database due to system limitations and/or data integrity issues. Qualifications Minimum Education: High school or equivalent Required Skills and Experience: 1-2 Years Data Entry Experience Great communication (verbally and written) Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience in provider data management working with large spreadsheets of data a Plus. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $19 - $24 hourly, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
