Provider Enrollment Specialist -FTE

Provider Enrollment team is responsible for processing applications for healthcare providers for participation in the Montana Healthcare Programs. 

\n

May perform one or more of the following: 

\n

Process Medicaid provider enrollment applications, revalidations, and updates.

\n

Responds to e-mail inquiries and complaints regarding applications.

\n

Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.

\n

Informs providers about enrollment requirements and assesses provider needs.

\n

Verify images of PR enrollment documents.

\n

Attend scheduled staff meetings.

\n

Complete required assigned training.

\n

Track daily task for quality review.

\n

Ensures accuracy and completeness of data.

\n

Performs clerical tasks in the data entry function.

\n

Required Skills: 

\n

HS Diploma or GED; some college preferred.

\n

Experience working with Medicaid.

\n

 One-year medical insurance or medical office experience

\n
