As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic Provider Liaison Director to lead our team of Provider Liaisons and drive strategic growth in our provider engagement and referral networks.

Role Summary:
The Provider Liaison Director will oversee and manage a team of Inside sales representatives responsible for building and strengthening relationships with referring physicians and healthcare providers. This role is pivotal in ensuring alignment with Infusion For Health’s goals, fostering a high-performing team culture, and driving the expansion of our referral networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Provider Liaisons to achieve referral and engagement targets.Create and implement training programs to enhance team skills and performance.Foster a collaborative, goal-oriented, and high-performing team environment.Strategic Planning:Design and execute strategic plans to grow and strengthen referral networks in existing and new markets.Identify growth opportunities and set measurable performance goals for the team.Collaborate with senior leadership to align team activities with organizational priorities.Provider Relationship Management:Build and maintain relationships with high-priority healthcare providers and strategic accounts.Support the team in developing new referral partnerships and nurturing existing relationships.Ensure exceptional service delivery and consistent messaging to referral sources.Data Analysis & Reporting:Monitor and analyze referral metrics to evaluate team and program effectiveness.Prepare and present performance reports and growth forecasts to senior leadership.Leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.Cross-Department Collaboration:Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Care Coordination teams to optimize outreach and engagement strategies.Act as the primary liaison between the Provider Liaison team and other internal departments to ensure seamless coordination and support.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in healthcare provider relations, sales, or marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.Proven success in managing and developing high-performing teams.Strong understanding of healthcare referral patterns and provider networks.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with experience using metrics and data to drive decisions.Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
