About the Job

The Provider Network Data Analyst will report to the National Provider Network Operations Lead and play a pivotal role in supporting the development and enhancement of a cohesive approach for CINQCARE's networks across its provider and payer portfolio. Responsible for supporting provider network deliverables across markets, the Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing provider data to support the organization's network operations and strategic objectives. This role ensures data integrity, supports provider recruitment and payer requirements, and contributes to cross-functional projects that enhance network processes and performance. Primary Responsibilities

The Provider Network Operations Data Analyst will have the following responsibilities: 

Process Optimization & Technology Integration: 

Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and automation within provider data management and reporting workflows Manage the implementation, training and QA of a CRM to ensure data accuracy and functionality for the network teamSupport the implementation of new technology solutions that streamline provider data processes and improve efficiency on behalf of the provider network team across markets Provide insights to improve and streamline operational efficiencies across systems and other departments 

Best Practices & Compliance: 

Develop and implement best practices for provider data management to enhance data integrity across departments Ensure compliance with all internal and external data governance standards related to provider credentialing  

Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

Work closely with network account management, finance, IT, and AI teams to support cross-functional initiatives Serve as a subject matter expert on systems and provider data-related matters, providing guidance and training to internal network teams 

Provider Data Management: 

Collect, validate, and maintain accurate provider data from internal and external sources Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of provider information in databases and systems Regularly update provider rosters across all payer contracts and business lines Conduct data audits to identify discrepancies and maintain data quality 

Reporting & Analysis: 

Analyze provider data to identify trends and insights that inform network performance and strategic decisions Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support leadership, decision-making, and performance monitoring Develop visualizations and tracking dashboards that provide real-time insights into provider network performance, growth, contract  Support the analysis and reporting on provider feedback and provider experience metrics/surveys 

Provider Contract Support: 

Assist in reviewing and monitoring provider contract terms, milestones, and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support contract management and ensure smooth operations  

Collaboration & Provider Recruitment Support: 

Partner with network development teams to identify provider recruitment targets Support provider recruitment efforts by ensuring accurate and accessible provider data Other Projects as manager assigns Ensure Process and Procedures are appropriately documented and updated 

General Duties

The Provider Network Data Analyst should have the following duties:

Leadership: The Provider Network Data Analyst will participate in the design, development, and execution of strategies and solutions to create business value in Networks. Strategy: The Provider Network Data Analyst will suggest new programs, procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency and morale and to improve the employee experience. Collaboration: The Provider Network Data Analyst will participate in development of people objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements Knowledge: The Provider Network Data Analyst will provide subject matter expertise in Network solutions, including determining and recommended approaches for Network solution deployment and performance evaluation.Culture: The Provider Network Data Analyst is accountable for creating a productive, collaborative, safe and inclusive work environment for the Network team and as part of the larger Company.

Qualifications

The Provider Network Data Analyst should have the following qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in data analysis, healthcare, or other fields relevant to the responsibilities of the role or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required.Experience: 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a healthcare or managed care setting.Proficiency in data management and analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, Power BI and data visualization software; Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to develop and interpret complex data sets and communicate findings effectively; Knowledge of healthcare provider data terminology, regulations, and industry standards; experience with provider databases, CRMs and healthcare information systems is preferred;Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills; Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications Ability to build and effectively manage relationships with business leaders, coworkers, and clients. Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretionGood judgment, impeccable ethics, and a strong team player; desire to succeed and grow in a fast-paced, demanding and entrepreneurial company.

The working environment and physical requirements of the job include:

This position requires both in-home and office-based work. The job requires frequent travel for home visits and travel to physician offices, hospitals, sub-acute facilities, community partners and non-home-based market offices in all types of weather conditions. In-office work is performed indoors in a traditional office setting with conditioned air, artificial light, and an open workspace.

In this position you will need an ability to travel frequently by car and/or public transportation, the ability to communicate with customers, vendors, management, and other co-workers in person and over devices, sometimes with people who are agitated. Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential. Sitting for extended periods is common. Must be able to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents. Lifting of up to 30 lbs. occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines. Good reasoning ability is important. Able to understand and utilize management reports, memos, and other documents to conduct business.
