Job Summary: We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition and a strong understanding of the dental industry. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing top dental professionals into our dentist-led practices, including dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff.


Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing: Utilize various recruiting platforms, social media, and networking to identify and engage potential candidates in the dental field.Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific dental roles.Office Collaboration: Work closely with dental practices to understand their staffing needs, culture, and specific requirements for each position.Job Advertising: Create and post engaging job descriptions across multiple platforms to attract diverse candidates.Networking: Build and maintain relationships within the dental community to enhance candidate sourcing and increase visibility in the market by attending career fairs, dental conferences, and training sessions.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging talent in the dental field.Candidate Management: Guide candidates through recruitment, providing feedback and support at each stage.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress through the recruitment pipeline, providing regular updates to management.

Requirements


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the dental industry.Experience hiring providers (hygienists, dentists, specialists, etc.)Compatibility negotiating contracts and compensation packagesStrong understanding of dental roles and the specific skills required for success.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build relationships and maintain a solid professional network.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Ability to travel to Texas and other locations quarterly
