Provider Scheduling Template Coordinator
**Job Summary** The Provider Scheduling Template Coordinator manages the technical process of creating, modifying, and applying provider schedule templates in Athenanet for CHS Physician Practices. **Essential Functions** + Maintain ongoing communication with physician clinics and respond to requests (tickets)timely to adjust schedules based on clinical needs, emergencies, and patient volume. + Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments as requested promptly andaccurately. + Identify and resolve schedule template conflicts, providing suggestions and feedback tomaximize provider time and patient access to appointments. + Generate and review reports related to provider schedules, appointment cancellations, andno-show rates, presenting findings to leadership/management. + Identify opportunities to streamline scheduling processes, improve efficiency, and enhancepatient satisfaction. + Participate in project work involving data entry into Athenanet as needed and instructed. + Open and resolve tickets in Ticketing System as needed. + Performs other duties as assigned. + Complies with all policies and standards. **Qualifications** + H.S. Diploma or GED required **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** + To perform this job successfully, an individual must have knowledge of general computer applications and practice management systems.
