Provider Service Representative
**Overview** BroadPath invites you to join our team of dedicated provider service representatives committed to delivering exceptional service and support. In this role, you will respond to provider inquiries regarding member eligibility, coverage, benefits, copayments, and claims. We are committed to providing the necessary support and resources for your success. We seek individuals committed to the long-term success of this project who will complete all required training. **Responsibilities** + Verify member coverages, benefit types, eligibility dates, and claim payment/statuses for providers + Estimate member out-of-pocket expenses for select procedures or services and explain member copayments + Achieve performance goals in efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, adherence, and attendance + Ensure compliance with BroadPath, client, and HIPAA regulations **Qualifications** + Minimum one year of recent experience as a health plan Provider Service Representative in a similar role, dealing with member eligibility, coverage, benefits, copayments, and claims + Minimum six months of previous Medicare experience (within the last 4 years) + Strong computer and telephone multitasking skills, including practical information search, quick navigation through multiple windows and screens, and accurate data entry while maintaining call pace + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Ability to remain focused and productive each day, even with repetitive tasks + High School Diploma or equivalent We seek professionals dedicated to excellence and ready to make a positive impact.
