In the role of Provider Services Supervisor at VillageCare, you'll play a pivotal part under the supervision of the Manager of Member Services. This position is crucial for overseeing the coordination of provider services, including staff scheduling, training, and day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and compliant handling of all calls and inquiries. You will assist providers in accessing services and resolving issues, collaborating closely with the Interdisciplinary Care Team and various internal departments.\n

Your responsibilities include managing daily interactions with assigned market\/client contacts and addressing non-clinical complaints efficiently. The Supervisor ensures all operational standards are met, from call metrics to performance reviews, while fostering a supportive environment through coaching and training initiatives. By leveraging your analytical skills, you will contribute to process improvement and facilitate effective communication across the organization, making a significant impact on the quality of care provided to our members.\nDoes this sound like you?\n

To excel as a Provider Services Supervisor at VillageCare, a blend of educational background and hands-on experience is essential. An associate degree is required, while a bachelor's degree is preferred, providing a solid foundation for understanding health care dynamics. Proficiency in PC use and familiarity with software tools, particularly the Windows operating system and Microsoft Office Suite, are vital for managing daily operations and reporting tasks.
