Position Summary
The Business Project Advisor leads cross-functional, strategic projects while also leading internal projects and process improvement initiatives. As a Project Advisor, you will assist in gathering data to support business process enhancements and resolve issues.
Essential Functions
Support provider contracting including internal development and launch and external execution.Ensure proper processes are met and documented.Maintain close relationships with internal departments in order to coordinate ancillary activities.Participate in recommendations for improvements of process and administrative issues or inefficiencies that impact the ancillary programs.Implement process changes as needed.Problem resolution.Provide direct support (internal and external) including, but not limited to conference calls, meetings and provider problem resolution.

As a member of the Provider Strategy & Consultation team, you’re an integral part of optimizing the Supply Chain for both providers and our clients. Our team is responsible for optimizing networks, meeting client custom requests and partnering with our Sales & Account Management partners to provide potential network solutions to win new business and retain clients. We are the preferred partners to educate clients on unique provider network solutions to help them achieve their business goals and best serve their members.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
