Candidate must be in Senior Custodian title or eligible for promotion from a Senior Custodian Civil Service list. 2. Graduation from High School or possession of a High School Equivalency Diploma and two (2) years experience in commercial cleaning practices or general building maintenance which includes experience in either carpentry, electrical, HV & AC or plumbing; OR six years (6) experience in commercial cleaning or general building maintenance, including experience in either carpentry, electrical, HV & AC systems, plumbing; OR an equivalent combination of above. 3. Possession of a valid Class D NYS driver's license. Duties: Supervises and participates in cleaning, moving furniture and equipment, cutting grass, removing snow and other ground maintenance.
