Provisioning Operation Specialist (Japanese Speaking)(F/M/X)

About the role

Our Provisioning Operation team, composed of 7 people, is integrated in the Procurement Service Line department and focuses on delivering Provisioning Operation in collaboration with other Provisioning Operation teams, as well as other departments, such as Account Payable, Purchasing or Finance.

As a Provisioning Operation Specialist, you will work on performing transactional operations on a day-to-day basis, according to operational procedures, respecting service, quality and customer satisfaction targets to support the whole Procurement department. You will get the opportunity to contribute to the success of our Global Business Services and have a positive impact on the whole Solvay Group.

You will be accountable for:

Deliver BSA Purchasing Operations according to defined procedures. Process

Purchase Requisitions and turn them into Purchase orders in ERP systems.

Review purchase requisitions against given criteria (quality and proper approval). 

Turn purchase requisitions into purchase orders.

Send purchase orders to suppliers. 

Follow-up Purchasing Orders. 

Collect supplier acknowledgement.

Purchase Order delivery follow up only if specifically requested by GBU. 

Respect quantitative, quality and timing targets for the assigned tasks. 

Ensure up-to-standard service delivery, correct processing of data and maintenance of the system

We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid working mode.

 

About you

Relevant education Bachelor degree or equivalent in Business or related field.

Relevant work experience in procurement or global business service. Minimum 2-3 years experiences

Competencies:

Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Fluency in Japanese (both written and spoken)

Google Tools Knowledge (Excel sheets) 

SAP Knowledge is a plus

About the pay and benefits

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Thailand monthly base pay reasonably expected for this role is 28,000 to 45,000 Thai Bath, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
