Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world's largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.
We are looking for a well-spoken, energetic, and confident individual who can lead a team by example when generating outside sales leads. This challenging and fun job takes place in the field around the Long Island area. Our main office is located in Farmingdale, where you will be asked to report daily. You will meet with hundreds of homeowners and generate leads by offering appointments for our sales reps to provide a free in-home consultation.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Vigorously and diligently work to generate leads while engaging in neighborhood outreach in an assigned territory, generating qualified sales opportunities as instructed by the Direct Marketing Program Manager
- Use company vehicle to transport self and team to assigned territory and work independently to while representing Renewal by Andersen at all times with the utmost degree of professionalism.
- Manage a team of Direct Marketing Agents.
- Understand our products and services to educate our potential customers
Qualifications:
- High energy
- Management Experience
- 5+ years experience in sales
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Multitasking skills
Compensation and Benefits:
- $70,000 base salary PLUS uncapped commission
- Full insurance package, including medical, dental, vision, and life

- PTO, paid holidays, and a student loan reimbursement program!
Schedule:
- In the field and in office - 40 hours a week
- Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm November-March, 11am-7pm April-October
- Saturday shifts on occasion
