PRS National Broker Agency Relationship Manager

Chubb Personal Risk Services offers an array of property and casualty insurance products for individuals and families with fine homes and possessions.  Our clients include many of the most affluent families in the world, executives, business owners and top collectors of art, jewelry, wine and automobiles.

Chubb Personal Risk Services is seeking an Agency Relationship Manager (ARM) to work exclusively with our National Brokers.  There are currently 14 National Brokers and they account for $3.1B in PRS written premium. The ARM position will entail telephonic engagement, combined with some in-person travel.  National Broker contacts are located throughout the United States.   

Job Family level will vary based upon the experience level of the candidate with the potential to be at an AVP level. 

The ARM will report directly to the SVP, Personal Risk Services, National Broker Manager. 

 Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute agency business plans with assigned agents designed around retention and cross selling of existing clients based on areas targeted by Personal Risk Services. Drive profitable growth initiatives in Personal Risk Service. Identify and provide education on a national scale based upon identified needs of the organization. Agency training to understand Chubb’s products, services, and competitive advantages. Product and service enhancements and rate changes. Marketing events, campaigns and corporate directives that are designed for existing clients such as water shut off device installation lists.  Address and respond to agency inquiries specific to billing, policy services, systems, BORs, commissions, claims, agency coding/licensing and the like. Develop a communication strategy on relevant information that aligns with the National Brokers organization structure. Plan and deliver sales, service, system, and continuing education training.  Develop and maintain trusted agency relationships primarily through phone and some in-person engagement. Leverage the National Cornerstone program to maximize results. Participate in internal meetings and report on results as appropriate. Collaborate and interact with various levels of the Chubb organization to ensure information is shared, address any issues, and leverage resources to influence positive outcomes.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 3-5 years of personal lines sales, marketing, underwriting, claims, risk consulting or agency experienceExperience selling to successful individuals and families preferred

 

The pay range for the role is $99,900 to $169,900. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.  Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website.  The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
