The Work You'll Do:
As a Professional Services Operations Analyst, you will work closely with teams across Consulting, Professional Services, Managed Services, Sales, and Finance to support and maintain critical systems, processes, and data for the Consulting team. You will also provide administrative support to deliver high-quality reporting and ensure operational excellence.
More specifically, you will:
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau to provide actionable insights for decision-making and performance reviews. Manage Cloud Coach projects, ensuring accurate setup, tracking, and alignment with Professional Services processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement data-driven solutions that enhance operational effectiveness. Ensure data quality and consistency across systems, including Salesforce and Cloud Coach, by identifying and resolving discrepancies. Provide training and support for Cloud Coach users to improve adoption and streamline time tracking, capacity planning, and invoicing. Track client budgets, contracts, and deliverables, coordinating with Legal and other teams for renewals and client communications. Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership, clearly communicating insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Lead or participate in special projects to drive operational improvements, including process optimization and capacity planning.What We Need From You
At least 3 years of experience in business operations, analytics, or data management, preferably within software or consulting. Proficiency in Salesforce and Cloud Coach for data management, time tracking, and invoicing. Experience using Tableau to create dashboards and reports that inform business operations. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and data visualization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Effective communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. A detail-oriented and proactive approach to managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Experience working collaboratively across departments and participating in cross-functional teams. Flexibility to travel internationally and adjust working hours to meet client and compliance deadlines.What Does Sovos Offer You?
