Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for the strategic customer, ensuring alignment between customer needs and NCR's service delivery.Team Leadership & Management: Lead a team of approximately 10 direct reports and a cross-functional team of 40, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.Software Delivery & Operations Oversight: Oversee a large-scale software delivery and operations program, utilizing scaled agile continuous delivery processes.P&L Management: Own and manage a $10 million P&L, ensuring profitability and driving revenue growth.Delivery Excellence & Continuous Improvement: Drive delivery excellence by implementing best practices, streamlining processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Customer Satisfaction & Engagement Growth: Proactively manage customer satisfaction, identify opportunities for growth, and build strong, long-term relationships.Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with and manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and customer executives.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to program delivery and customer satisfaction.Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis on program performance, financial metrics, and customer satisfaction.Location: Full Time work is on customer site in Austin TX.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration).Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in program management, with a focus on software delivery and operations.Proven experience leading large, cross-functional teams.Strong understanding of scaled agile methodologies and continuous delivery processes.Demonstrated experience managing a P&L and driving revenue growth.Excellent customer relationship management skills and a proven track record of building strong client relationships.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Experience managing large software delivery projects.

Preferred:

Master's degree in a relevant field.Experience in the technology industry, particularly in retail software development and services.Experience with NCR R10 Solution or any other retail enterprise SW solution.Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications.Experience working with large strategic accounts.
