We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our innovative team in Sandefjord. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week in the Sandefjord and/or Oslo office, reporting to the Manager of Professional Services.

Responsibilities:
Contribute to the software development and maintenance of the new national solution for AMK control rooms in Norway, ensuring high quality and efficiency. Collaborate with teams to enhance solutions based on customer needs. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies. Participate in development and DevOps teams, supporting the full development lifecycle from design to deployment. Share expertise and experience with the team. Work effectively within a Scrum framework. Provide expertise to assist 3rd line support.
Qualifications & Experience:
Mandatory Skills:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Information Technology or Computer Science. 5+ years of proven experience in system development with a strong technical background. Proficiency in the latest versions of C#, .NET, and MS SQL. Familiarity with Scrum and DevOps practices and tools. Solution-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Strong collaboration skills and effective communication. Basic Norwegian language skills and good proficiency in English are mandatory. Legally eligible to work in the country without employer sponsorship. Must be able to obtain security clearance at the "confidential" level.
Good to Have Skills:
Knowledge of one or more of the following technologies is beneficial: ASP.NET, Entity Framework, RabbitMQ, GitHub, GitOps, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, InfluxDB, WPF, Blazor, Azure, Kubernetes, OpenId Connect, and ESRI ArcGIS platforms.
