POSITION DESCRIPTION
Partner Services Group (PSG) is a blend of finance and human resources functions that primarily serves BCG’s Partnership and individual Managing Directors and Partners (MDPs). The function is responsible for governance and execution of BCG’s Global MDP evaluation, career development, and rewards.
We are seeking an experienced, visionary and strategic, Executive Director to take on a pivotal role within PSG. This role is at the heart of BCG’s partnership model, shaping MDP behaviours, fostering trust, and ensuring the long-term sustainability and differentiation of BCG’s Partnership.
As Executive Director of MDP Compensation & Equity (C&E), you will lead the design, evolution,
and execution of BCG’s global Compensation & Equity framework, ensuring it aligns with BCG’s
evolving business priorities and long-term ambitions. Partnering closely with senior leadership (EC, OC, PALs, PPC, SPC) and the broader MDP community, you will serve as a trusted strategic advisor, shaping compensation strategies that drive business impact.
With direct exposure to BCG’s most senior leaders, this role offers a unique opportunity to
influence the firm’s core operating model, drive global impact, and develop as a senior leader
within PSG and the broader firm.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
The MDP Compensation and Equity Executive Director will be responsible for:
Oversee the global C&E framework – designing, evolving, and ensuring its effectiveimplementation to drive alignment with BCG’s strategic priorities.Act as a key advisor to BCG leadership, proactively shaping and responding to strategic
decisions and trade-offs impacting the MDP framework.Drive analysis and insights that inform leadership decisions on C&E structures, ensuring
alignment with BCG’s short- and long-term business imperatives.Lead change and innovation – evolving the model to reflect shifts in BCG’s operating strategy, business needs, and market conditions.Lead the upcoming C&E Taskforce (launching in late 2025), playing a central role in defining the next phase of BCG’s C&E framework.Build understanding, trust, and engagement among MDPs through education, orientation, and transparent communication, ensuring alignment between incentives and business outcomes.Oversee key tools and processes, such as the Estimator and the MDPartnerPortal, ensuring they serve as effective resources for MDPs.Steward leadership conversations by developing the agenda for the C&E Subgroup of the EC, driving discussions, and implementing decisions.Provide advisory support to adjacent leadership cohorts where MDP compensation structures intersect with broader BCG leadership goals.Serve as a senior leader within PSG, partnering closely with senior PSG colleagues as well as HR, Finance, and leadership teams across the firm.

What You'll Bring
15+ years of leadership experience in HR, Finance, or related fields, ideally in a complex, fast-paced professional services firm.Proven expertise in incentive structures and their impact on behaviours, business strategy, and long-term value creation.Strong strategic, analytical, and financial acumen, bridging HR and Finance topics to drive well-informed decision-making.A proven record of leading change initiatives in a high-stakes, matrixed environment.Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, build trust, and drive alignment across functions and geographies.Experience leading large, global teams with a focus on talent development, team effectiveness, and high performance.Strong, confident communicator who can express analytical as well as emotional ideaseffectively with senior leaders (oral, written, presentations)

PSG leadership team, HR, and Finance leaders, including the Partner People Team, CFO,Regional CFOs, Global Head of Tax, Treasurer, and the Head of Global Accounting and

framework at the highest levels.Individual MDPs, ensuring alignment between compensation structures and leadership
