PSG Product Owner & Director
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Partner Services Group (PSG) is an integral part of BCG’s worldwide Finance organization and provides a wide range of services to our Managing Directors and Partners (MDPs). PSG manages a wide variety of dimensions related to MDP evaluation, compensation, and equity programs

The PSG Engagement & Understanding squad is responsible for the development of two Systems. The MDPartnerPortal provides the MDPs access to relevant, comprehensive, timely information related to MDP value, programs, and events. PegaSystems is a business workflow application that PSG utilizes to prepare, review and signoff on annual Compensation & Equity statements for MDPs.

We are currently building a pipeline of Agile experts to enhance our agile capabilities. Therefore, we are looking for people who are passionate about Agile ways of Working and want to spread this approach within our teams and business processes.

To execute this transformation, we need people who take the lead within the squads and are able to set, prioritize, and evaluate the work generated by the Squad team in order to ensure impeccable features and functionality of the products. The Product Owner will take end-to-end ownership of Squad goals, sets product roadmap and vision and drives value realization by translating the customer voice and needs of customer into product features.

The Product Owner must be a leader who is customer-centric and enjoys working with teams to design and deliver exceptional products to customers. You will lead a Squad and work directly with its members to prioritize and manage what needs to be done and by when. Working with Squad members without line management authority over them will be key—you are a servant-leader and embody that in how you approach the work. You will coordinate closely with your Product Portfolio Lead to stay aligned on business goals and make sure your Squad is progressing and delivering against them. You will also represent the voice of the customer, whether internal or external, and make sure that Squad members understand their needs and preferences. To get this work done, you will own and prioritize the backlog of user stories that your Squad members will use to inform their work, and be responsible for supporting and motivating your squad members.

Among your responsibilities, you will:
