What You'll Do

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist in several key initiatives related to Voluntary Investment Platform initiatives. This temporary role is ideal for an individual with experience in consulting with emphasis on finance, compliance, and strategic planning who can work independently and collaboratively across BCG. The individual should possess strong communication skills to be able to engage with stakeholders across BCG and prepare presentations for Advisory Committee meetings and Executive Committee materials.

 

Key Responsibilities:

The individual in this role will contribute to three major projects:

 

1. Establish Monitoring and Compliance Framework for Investment Managers

Develop a structured compliance framework to ensure investment managers adhere to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.Assist in creating standardized monitoring procedures, including key performance metrics and reporting tools.Support the evaluation of investment managers’ adherence to fiduciary responsibilities and best practices.Work closely with internal compliance to integrate best-in-class oversight mechanisms.

2. Promote and Integrate Financial Planning Platform with Voluntary Investment Platform

Assist in the marketing and communication strategy to increase awareness and adoption of the financial planning platform.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the seamless integration of the financial planning platform with the voluntary investment platform.Analyze user engagement data to recommend improvements for platform accessibility and usability.Support stakeholder engagement efforts, including training sessions and informational materials for employees or clients.

3. Develop a Multi-Year Goal Plan

Work with leadership to define and document long-term financial and strategic goals.Assist in mapping out milestones and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress.Conduct research and benchmarking to ensure goal-setting aligns with industry standards and organizational objectives.Provide recommendations on resource allocation and strategic initiatives to support long-term success.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.Master’s degree or relevant certification (CFA, CFP, CPA) is a plus but not required.3+ years of experience in consulting, financial planning, investment management, compliance, or related fields.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and compliance assessments.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.Experience with financial planning software, investment platforms, or regulatory compliance tools is a plus.
