The PSM Engineer II is responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, managing projects, and ensuring the efficient production of high-quality medical devices and products in a regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in process engineering, project management, and a strong understanding of healthcare manufacturing and PSM standards. This position reports to the PSM Manager and is part of the Pensacola Operations and Safety teams located in Pensacola, FL and will be an on-site role. What you will do: + Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring that engineering projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. + Analyze and troubleshoot manufacturing processes to identify root causes and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement. + Coordinate and collaborate with production teams, quality control, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. + Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), process flows, and validation reports. + Design, test, and implement new manufacturing processes, equipment, or systems to increase production capacity and improve process performance ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO, PSM) and contribute to audits and inspections as necessary. Who you are: + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a process engineering or project engineering role, preferably in healthcare manufacturing or medical device production. + 2+ years experience with regulatory standards and quality systems (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485, Good Manufacturing Practices - GMP). + 2+ years experience with PSM/engineering projects with strong project management skills in managing timelines, budgets, and resources for engineering projects. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. The salary range range for this role is $65,000 - $95,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
