Implementation of the quality strategy for the Primary & Small Molecules Supply Chain Inspection readiness at Imiachi internal site and LOCs Implementation of Quality standards aligned or ahead of regulatory expectations Quality risks for Imiachi, EQ and LOC’s are identified understood and managed Effective deployment of GSK Quality Management System (QMS) across internal site and LOC’s covered under Job role. Ensure the disposition of materials and products in accordance with license details and other regulatory expectation across Sites and LOCs covered under Job role. Effectively sustain the quality and compliance governance processes required by the QMS, e.g. Quality Council, Site Quality Councils, LOC Quality Council, Quality Risk Model and LIC/PIRC processes. Represent the Quality and compliance agenda within the India markets Leadership team and engage team members in promoting and driving an effective site quality culture. Facilitate Quality improvements and facilitate transfer of learning and best practice across all the sites and LOCs Develop a talented and effective Quality Leadership team and ensuring that adequate succession exists for key roles at Imiachi site, Japan LOC and Japan EQ and supplier management. *This is a job description to aide in the job posting, but does not include all job evaluation details.
