Job Description:

The PSR Omni Sales Acceleration lead plays a crucial role, overseeing a diverse portfolio that generates over 60% of total company sales. This role is highly complex, as it involves engaging with more than 3,000 offline customers across multiple segments, in addition to managing a variety of E-Commerce channels. Success in this position requires a strategic mindset and the ability to provide insights that shape future strategies in an ever-evolving retail landscape.

What are we looking for?A university degree or higher-level educationStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both locally and internationallyProficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint skills10+ years of sales & marketing experience, preferably in FMCG marketAt least 3 years of experience in people managementExperience in developing and executing omni-channel sales strategies

What will be your key responsibilities?Analyze and report on category and retail trends, pet owner behavior, and competition to inform trade marketing strategiesDefine portfolio strategies aligned with the OGSM and Global PSR strategy to drive sustainable growthDevelop and implement strategies to enhance customer/channel engagement, utilizing both digital and traditional tactics.Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet KPI and ROI goals.Drive financial performance through portfolio management, operational excellence, and continuous improvementWork collaboratively with global and regional teams to lead various strategic projects aimed at driving future growthBuild effective and engaging teams
