We are seeking a Psych Rehab Specialist to join our Adult Behavioral team in Colmar, PA. 

 

Earn $22.37 per hour working full time with benefits.

 

Shift can vary based on client's needs, primarily Monday - Friday 10-6 or 11-7 with an occasional weekend based on client activities. Over-time available. 

 

As a Psych Rehab Specialist (PRS) with Merakey, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals build the skills they need to live independently and achieve self-sufficiency. Working in our 10-resident CRR facility, you’ll provide hands-on instruction, support personal growth, and mentor direct care staff in delivering effective rehabilitation services. Plus, Merakey invests in your professional development—providing training and covering the cost of your Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) certification, opening doors for career advancement!

 

What You’ll Do:

Teach and train residents and staff on essential life skills. Guide individuals in practicing independence in budgeting, shopping, and public transportation. Facilitate vocational, academic, and employment readiness opportunities. Provide engaging, hands-on learning experiences to support community involvement and personal growth.
