Providence Medical Group’s Adult Outpatient Psychiatry Clinic has an exciting opportunity for a full-time, outpatient-based Psychiatrist. We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate team member to join the outpatient psychiatry group in providing short-term, consultative psychiatric care to patients referred by Providence’s Primary Care clinics in the Portland region. There are additional opportunities to provide consultation on medically complex patients from our colleagues in cardiology at the Providence Heart Institute, oncology at the Providence Cancer Center, neurology at the Providence Brain and Spine Institute and obstetrics at the Providence Women’s Clinic. You will be joining a collegial and collaborative group of physicians and nurse practitioners with opportunities for program development and an emphasis on work-life balance. Providence has a robust continuum of psychiatric services including adult inpatient, adult outpatient, PHP/IOP, addiction services, inpatient and outpatient geriatric, inpatient and outpatient child & adolescent, DBT, eating disorder programs and outpatient interventional psychiatry with esketamine, TMS and ECT. Monday to Friday schedule; occasional weekend inpatient call
