Job Title: Psychiatrist
Location: Westland MI
Type of Position: Locums, Locums-to-Perm
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 weeks with the option to extend
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, day shift (business hours)Responsibilities:
Provide direct clinical care to pediatric patients Provide clinical supervision Conduct comprehensive psychiatry assessments Order, initiate, and interpret laboratory tests Participate in treatment planning Discharge patients back to community from inpatient settingPatient Volume: 7-9 patients per day
Required Certifications:
DEA BLS MI State License (No licensure candidates)Experience:
Completion of an accredited child psychiatry residency. Be board certified or board eligible. Completion of Child Fellowship preferred.Interview Process: Teams interview
Orientation: On-site shadowing and training
Privileging Process: 1 day
