Lahey Hospital's Division of Psychiatry & Behavioral Medicine is offering a **12-month post-graduate residency** for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, designed to provide comprehensive training and mentorship. **What You'll Experience:** + **Structured Learning:** Weekly didactic sessions to deepen your knowledge. + **Diverse Clinical Rotations:** + Outpatient psychiatry (including psychotherapy) + Consultation-liaison psychiatry + **Quality Improvement Project:** Lead a learner-selected project to enhance patient care. + **Subspecialty Training:** Opportunity for additional training in areas of your interest. + **Intensive Mentorship:** Competency-based, individualized experiences in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment. + **Ongoing Supervision:** Regular supervision across various clinical settings. **Work-Life Balance:** + **Monday - Friday schedule** + **No nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities** + Additional clinical opportunities are available if desired. **Who We're Looking For:** + Recent graduates (within one year) from an accredited Master’s or Doctoral Program in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing. + Must hold unrestricted Massachusetts RN and NP licenses.
