Site Name: Belgium-Wavre Posted Date: Jun 28 2024 About the department As a psychosocial advisor, you support the company in its overall management of psychosocial risks. Once our pioneering treatments have been developed, they are manufactured to the highest standards and distributed across the regions that need them most. Accomplishing this as efficiently and quickly as possible can quite literally be a matter of life and death. So it's no wonder that more than 70% of our talented workforce is based within Global Industrial Operations - the essential business unit that manufactures and manages the entire vaccine supply process, from customer order to product dispatch on a global scale. As the name suggests, it operates in a multi-national context across more than 17 sites around the world, working closely in tandem with colleagues from a variety of disciplines and professions. The department is structured in operating units that focus on various aspects of the manufacturing and supply process. These include Industrialisation (overseeing the transfer of production from R&D to a commercial level), Supply Chain Management and Technical Services. About the responsibilities You are part of the SIPP department (Service Interne de Prévention et de Protection au travail) and you work with focused attention to prevention; You realize individual counseling sessions (private or professional thematic) with employees who request it; You realize transversal projects to improve the well-being of all company employees and prevent the onset of psychosocial risks; You participate in the identification of psychosocial risks within the company and you offer preventive and / or corrective actions; You ensure a reporting in compliance with internal rules confidentialities to offer collective preventive actions; You take part in promoting health within the company; You are required to participate in various working groups / meetings on the topic of psychosocial risks and there you make an expert opinion; You facilitate training related to your area of expertise; You are part of a multidisciplinary team in which you share your thoughts, suggestions, and expert advice. About you You have a bachelor or university degree in human orientation and / or social (psychologist, social sciences, ...); You have a minimum of 3 years experience in business (eg psychosocial risk management, HR project management, ....); You have the ability to work both independently and in a team; You demonstrate your fluency in complex relational situations; You master French perfectly; English skills are a major asset.
