The Clinical psychologist reports directly to the clinical manager of the behavioral health department. The Clinical psychologist works with members of the healthcare team to assess, diagnose, and treat adults requiring mental health treatment. This is achieved through assessment, treatment, individual therapy, case management, and related documentation.
Education, Work Experience and Licensure:
- Doctorate degree in Psychology, and completion of Pre-doctoral Clinical Internship; at least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified preferred
- Experience or trained in evidence-based treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy, data-driven program development and evaluation, and modern psychological assessment methods
- Certification/Licensure State of OH Licensed Psychologist, or eligibility for OH licensure, as documented by out-of-state licensure.
