Job Summary

Performs diagnostic evaluations, communicates evaluation results and recommendations as part of multidisciplinary teams within Center for Human Development (evaluating children with learning, developmental, and behavioral concerns).

Essential FunctionsConducts family/client interviews. Makes decisions with family regarding evaluation procedures.Administers psychological (and possibly educational) tests, interprets results, and creates assessment reports.Participates in staff conferences, formulates impressions and recommendations. Creates final summary reports.Communicates evaluation results to family/client.Participates in staff meetings, interviews potential new hires, and helps solve general office concerns.Meaningful Participation as part of OUWBSOM Medical Staff.

Qualifications

Required Doctorate Ph.D or PsyD in psychologyAssessment experience with pediatric populations, especially with learning, behavioral, and developmental disorders is requiredState of Michigan license is required
