closely connected to the interdisciplinary Digestive Health treatment team who work together to treat to adults living with a wide variety of acute and chronic gastrointestinal diseases such as IBD celiac disease disorders of functional motility fatty liver disease as well as disorders of weight and obesity The psychologist is considered an integral part of the Digestive Health Center maintaining an office in the clinic and regularly attending Digestive Health clinical council meetings as well as Health Psychology department meetings and journal clubs Additionally the psychologist will interface with other behavioral health specialists within and outside the Hartford Healthcare Behavioral Health Network including psychiatrists and licensed clinical social workers and will work
