Your Role:

Provide personalized one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions. Accurately record session data using electronic devices. Become a vital part of our clinical team, implementing impactful skill-building and care plans. Collaborate closely with families and providers to enhance the effectiveness of treatment. Create a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while maintaining precise session data.

Who We’re Looking For:

Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent, paired with a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children. Skills: Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.

Need to Know:

Services are provided in clients' homes or community settings, making every day unique. Start part-time and take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course to kick off your career.
