Psychometric Technician, Government Intelligence Customer
This position is contingent on a contract award. This position requires a Top Secret SCI Polygraph clearance. This position supports a Government Intelligence Customer. Personnel on this contract provide health, safety, and related services that directly support the intelligence mission and improve the well-being of the customer's workforce domestically who are operating in a fast moving and high stress environment. Administers psychological testing and provides test results in the areas of cognitive skills, personality, academic achievement, occupational/vocational interests, and the like in a medical office. + Administers clinical tests. + Provides written and verbal feedback of test results and behavioral observations to psychologists. + Assists psychologist in treating patients referred for specific types of stress management and/or biofeedback therapies. + Explains treatment and procedures to patients to create realistic and positive expectations. + Provides professional and compassionate customer service to participants. + Maintains strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Works efficiently in a fast-paced environment. + Utilizes psychometric certification from the American Board of Professional Psychology. + Assists with the development of new clinical tests and protocols as needed. + All other duties as assigned. Other Job Requirements Responsibilities Master’s degree in Psychology or related field. Psychometric certification from the American Board of Professional Psychology. 5+ years of experience as a psychometric technician. Possession of a current Top Secret/SCI with a polygraph clearance is required. Proven experience administering and interpreting clinical tests. Exceptional customer service skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position may be eligible for short-term incentives as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
