Key Responsibilities:

Budget Management: Work within and delegate responsibilities for the PSR budget, maintaining various accounts for social and vocational programs.

Ordering Supplies: Order equipment and supplies for the PSR program.

Activity Supervision: Prepare and lead social, educational, and life skill activities.

Program Coordination: Collaborate with the SEP Coordinator to create continuous treatment models within the Connections Program.

Client Management: Maintain the PSR client list and delegate progress notes, quarterly reviews, and treatment plans, ensuring quality assurance in charting requirements.

Community Liaison: Promote awareness of PSR functions by acting as a liaison between community support and residential programs.

Client Engagement: Build relationships with clients through direct interaction and provide transportation when necessary.

Data Reporting: Prepare monthly statistics and track staff productivity.

Team Cohesion: Foster team cohesion through weekly staff meetings, training, and team-building activities.
 

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or a related field.

At least two (2) years of relevant experience.
 

Additional Qualifications:

Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.

Adaptability and initiative to meet changing job demands.

Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to follow written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions.
 

Supervisory Requirements:

Communicate the organization's strategic direction and encourage team participation.

Provide leadership and guidance across all department functions.

Monitor and support the identification, development, and execution of strategic objectives.

Effectively communicate updates and changes to team members.

Manage difficult team situations with discretion and respect.

Champion change and implement new ideas effectively.

Reinforce a team-oriented approach across all functions.
