**Duluth, Minnesota**
**JOB SUMMARY**
Provides therapeutic services and diagnostic services to patients and families. This includes, but is not limited to, individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy; mental health intakes and assessments; coordination of treatment services for the patient.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Working in the primary care setting as a psychotherapist,
+ Complete diagnostic assessments
+ Provide short-term, evidence-informed psychotherapy interventions
+ Provide patient-centered care
+ Work in a team with the patient and their primary care provider.
+ Work with a small established Behavioral Health team, 1 Psychotherapist and 1 Psychologist
+ Monday-Friday, day hours. The clinic is open 8am-5pm. This position is a .8-1.0 Flex position. The day off if working at .8FTE, will be either Tuesday or Thursday.
**Educational Requirements:**
Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, clinical counseling, psychology, or other discipline that meets eligibility requirements for licensure in the primary state of practice
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience in a medical or behavioral health setting
+ Comfort working with all ages
+ Familiarity with time-limited therapy interventions
+ Experience working with individuals with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, substance use disorders, neurodevelopmental differences, pain, and chronic medical conditions
+ Familiarity with crisis assessment and triage
+ Experience providing care to a diverse and underserved population
**Certification/Licensure Requirements:**
Licensed to practice psychotherapy in the state in which the position is based.

· Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
· Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
**Salary Range** for a Essentia Health Credentialed Therapist- $33.31-$49.82
