Job Summary:

The HR Assistant will support the HR Consulting Department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.  The role will involve various HR and administrative functions.   

Responsibilities: 

Update client HR implementation plans weekly.

Update client HR compliance dashboards weekly.

Schedule prospect, referral and client meetings.

Follow-up with referral sources.

Compile client meeting recaps and reminders.

Conduct HR legal updates for clients, research daily.

Perform HR state updates for clients, research daily.

Maintain HR consulting revenue tracker.

Manage client invoicing.

Prepare client agreements and proposals.

Conduct commission reconciliation.

Review final client handbooks.

Review final client presentations.

Assist with client survey administration.

Update HR and total rewards guides when customizing for clients.

Coordinate client gifts.

Assist with updating HR Intelligence branding, websites, event invites, etc.

Initiate client and prospect invites to applicable Acrisure events.

Conduct client research on HR topics.

Maintain client email distribution list.

Maintain client resources.

Assist with client development sessions and attend in-person events as needed.

Assist with HR Assistant tasks as applicable.

Attend seminars, company meetings, or educational activities needed to improve overall job expertise and product knowledge.

Handle confidential and non-routine information.

Other HR Assistant duties that arise.

Requirements: 

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Demonstrate excellent time management skills as well as prioritization skills.

Ability to work in fast paced environment and meet deadlines.

Demonstrate proficiency in digital techniques, methods, and tools including Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) with experience collaborating efficiently in M365 (OneDrive, MS Teams, SharePoint)

Education/Experience:

Education in Human Resources or related field is preferred, but equitable work experience will be accepted.

SHRM-CP or PHR certification is highly recommended but not required.

Proven experience as an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or similar role.

Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
