PT- HR Admin (25 hrs/Week) Details:

Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 to $20.00 /hourPart Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 05:00pm)Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to meet staffing needs.Maintain and organize employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.Coordinate and execute HR administrative tasks, such as payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and employee communication.Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent for various roles.Provide HR support by addressing employee inquiries and assisting with training and development initiatives.

PT- HR Admin (25 hrs/Week) Qualifications:

Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and compliance requirements.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software for efficient candidate management.Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage HR administration and recruiting processes effectively.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and team members.Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
