The Service Associate I is responsible for greeting guests, members, and callers of the Lifestyle Center, ascertaining their needs, and directing them accordingly. Additionally, the Service Associate I performs administrative functions requiring high-level skills in clerical, secretarial, and operations functions within the Lifestyle Center. These functions include: providing tours to prospective members, selling memberships, maintaining member records, scheduling member appointments, managing member check-in, collecting member fees, and obtaining physician release paperwork.
Education and Experience
Minimum Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Education: Courses in typing and office procedures
Experience: Typing speed of at least 55+ wpm and a minimum of one (1) year secretarial experience
